Recipe: Glazed Chicken Drum Sticks.

My grandmother just made this for dinner, and it was one of the best Chicken Drum Sticks I have ever had. Extremely Tender, it pretty much falls off the bone. The glaze is absolutely perfect and the taste of the chili sauce, honey, and soy sauce is incredible. Now here is how you can make it.

2lbs. Chicken Drumsticks
3tbsp. Soy Sauce
2tbsp. Honey
1tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1tbsp. Chili Sauce
1/2tsp. Salt
1/4tsp. Ground Ginger
1/8tsp. Garlic Powder

Place drumsticks in un-greased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over drumsticks. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Line broiler pan with foil. Place drumsticks on rack in broiler pan. Brush drumsticks with remaining sauce. Cook in 375 oven until done, 50 to 60 minutes. About 8 servings.

8 Servings my ass!

Jake.
